Our current finance agreements are repaid using a direct debit instruction. Older agreements taken through Close Finance or our former subsidiaries and brokers should be on a standing order instruction.

In certain instances, e.g. if your agreement is in arrears you may pay by debit card, credit card, or cheque.

Card payments can be made online via this page, by telephone, or in person by visiting your local branch. Call 01534 879201 to make a payment by telephone.
